One of the best things when you love good food is to find local producers that really love working with the best ingredients and whether fresh or manufactured do so with love to create a product you can enjoy at your table.I really admire these people and I am continually searching for them and their products. Here you will find a simple presentation of our most beloved products. We don't do this for any form of payment and most producers have no idea we are presenting their products...it is an homage to them
